How to Book Your Corporate Housing Rental


You want to book a corporate housing lease. Now what? With Kozi Corporate Housing, the process is quick and hassle-free. You’ll have all of the information you need, we’ll ask you for some information, and within a few days we can help get you into your new home away from home.

Here’s an explanation of how the process works. First, you can search the availability of our apartments, and view details about them online. Our friendly staff is here to answer your questions, and we will email you photos of the apartments. Once you’ve decided which property and type of apartment you want, it’s time to book with us.

Now you fill out your application and provide an application fee payment. To ensure the safety of all of our neighbors and tenants, including you, we require that all applicants undergo a background check. Once you pass the background check, you’ll provide a security deposit to hold the apartment. If for any reason there are issues with your background check, we will discuss with you.

Next, we’ll send you a typed lease form and a pet agreement if applicable. To finish processing your application, we require that you complete a property occupancy form and submit a copy of your driver’s license. After we have received your completed lease agreement, your stay with us is booked. We will provide you with a bill for the first month on the day of your move-in. If your stay with us will be less than month or you move in after the 1st of the month, your bill will be prorated.

The day before your move in, we will email you detailed move-in instructions. Waiting for you in your apartment will be a welcome folder along with a gift to show our appreciation for you.
